Does anyone have experience with filing an infringement claim with Amazon against one of their third party sellers? I submitted one yesterday and I'm wondering how long the process takes.

I don't,
but it seems people at Zazzle in the private forums are having a hard time also, finding their images on all kinds of things, mostly cellphone cases. Some people sent a claim against thirdy part sellers and the product got removed, but I don't think it was instantaneous. In any case, there is a facebook group with peopel who contribute to PODs where they discuss these issues. Maybe you could ask someone there.

Yes I filed a claim last year, no response, items still available at .com and .co.uk.  I found some more items for sale recently with my images on, but it is not worth the effort, worse than sites in India where I had more success after some initial reluctance.  I compare the two because the same images were being used on similar products if that means anything?  I am now avoiding buying from Amazon.

How depressing. I guess if amazon sellers can get away blatantly infringing big film studios and the like what chance do we have?

A year ago I made an inquiry about a poster seller.  Amazon moved it along quickly and the seller replied that he had bought a license at SS.  The only odd thing was Amazon labeled it as a complaint.  I was not complaining... just inquiring.
