I don't think so. I think this company deliberately uses microstock images illegally to make their products look good.

I wonder how they got licensing approval from Disney:

Arent subscriptions just a marvelous thing. In for 249 bucks and 30 days you can download enough content to build an entire career on.

An extended license would allow such use of stock images, would it not?

I didn't think you could use the images in templates, but in any case, I very much doubt they have purchased extended licenses for all those images....
