Hi to all. Sorry about my english.

I used "Find images on google" on one of my shutterstock designs and I found it on a place callled Posterok.

They sell images as posters, canvas and so on, just like any other places we know but my image was never sold on extended license.
I send them an email about what partners they have or where did they bought my image and a couple of days next I received his response with just a one word: DELETED!
I check the link and apparently they erased but 0 explanation...obviously they acted illegally; what can I do know?

It is likely to be several or dozens of our images there illegally selling.

Check the site: http://posterok.com/us/ [nofollow]

As far as I can see it's a bigstock affiliate site, and you'll be paid for a single print (hopefully) when a poster is bought there

Hi, thanks for the response; but why they deleted? why they didnt say they are bigstock partner? His answer would be different than "DELETED" If they were acting correctly i guess...

Bigstock have a partner called posterjack.com but non posterok

I wiil send an email to bigstock.

Thanks again.

It looks like a Ukrainian site - let us know if Bigstock tells you they are a partner. It they are not, then it is distressing. I think some sites try to mimic the names of legitimate sites to get traffic. No idea if this is one of those. Under architecture they seemed to have a lot of nude women so it seems a bit random.

Well I received the bigstock/shutterstock response about this issue...

Dear Daniel,

Thank you for your email. It appears your image has been removed. We trust this resolves the issue but please respond directly to this email if you have any additional questions.

Regards,

Shutterstock Compliance

It appears me or is a poor and not satisfactory response?

We will eventually have to check all our portfolio on this posterok.com to see what others images they use illegaly?

My port is there too.  The image details are showing fotolia watermarks.

Yes, I just see another of my images with a bigstock watermark on it; so..what do we have to do?

If Bigstock lets you opt out of partner sites, you can opt out and hopefully that will get them off of that site. If you are opted into partner sales, though, you don't have any control over where they go. But you "should" get paid for the sales. Notice I put "should" in quote marks.

I'm opted out of partner programs at Big Stock.  I WISH I could opt out at Fotolia/Adobe.
