This is awesome and sad at the same time...

Doesn't it weaken a bit the threat for future infractions when we talk about legal actions that he agencies never take? I do say that to use the image they have to purchase it and I send the link, but I don't threaten them.

BTW, it's time to check those bloggers I contacted a while ago.

If i don't get a positive response or no response from them at all, I will either have the agent handle it and/or get their host involved which could lead to the image being taken down or their entire site and it's contents being taken down.  Lots of the sites that I've complained about have vanished... mostly blogs.
