I noticed this site because of a discussion of FreePik (http://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/photaki-the-next-crook/msg444123/#msg444123) having work they didn't own the rights to.
Shutterstock pumpkin poster (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-152546006/stock-vector-halloween-party-design-template-with-pumpkin-and-place-for-text.html) and CG Vector version (http://www.cgvector.com/free-vector-of-halloween-party-template/)
Shutterstock thanksgiving card (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-155501288/stock-vector-retro-thanksgiving-card-with-pumpkins.html) and CG vector version (http://www.cgvector.com/free-vector-pumpkin-thanksgiving-card/)
Shutterstock easter bunny (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-180827258/stock-vector-easter-vector-background.htm) and CG Vector version (http://www.cgvector.com/free-vector-cute-3d-easter-bunny-with-egg-on-grass/)
The site is registered to someone in Islamabad, Pakistan (http://www.whois.com/whois/cgvector.com), so it's not clear if a DMCA takedown notice would do any good, but GoDaddy is the host. If you are the copyrightholder you can complain to GoDaddy to get the work taken down.

I see the images are being taken down as you mention them.
I guess they're working with this illustrator, too:

Looking at that shutterstock account, I kind of think the images are all stolen from free sites, which would be an interesting switch.
