There have been posts about FreePik (and associated companies) before - bad news for contributors any way you look at them
http://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/freepik-freeart-flaticon-photaki-all-related/ (http://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/freepik-freeart-flaticon-photaki-all-related/)
They were at one point hiring people to copy popular vectors and then offering these at rock bottom prices.

They're scum. They stole dozens of my vectors and were giving them away free for years until I caught them and reported them to Shutterstock. To my huge disappointment Shutterstock continues to allow them to act as an affiliate, even after they asked Freepik to take my vectors down. I see they've now expanded to stealing photos as well. Report them to Shutterstock.

so do you think is a responsibility of the agency and not of this contributor (skadyfernix)?
I'll report to shutterstock, thanx

Definitely report to Shutterstock. I still can't believe they allow these "people" to be affiliates.

Make sure you tell their customers what they're doing on their Facebook page, too. https://www.facebook.com/Freepik/ (https://www.facebook.com/Freepik/)

Want some worse news? This thief has 314K downloads and yours is listed as Exclusive S on Freepixs, claiming it was designed by their team.
Freepik Selection are all the exclusive content designed by our team. Additionally, if you are subscribed to our Premium account, when using this vector, you can avoid crediting the image to Freepik.

Good idea I'll go do that.

I can't either. You wouldn't think after all the infringing claims and stolen images, SS would shut them off or demand better moderation of uploads. I see some of mine but the little thumbs up top on a search in freepix. They could be driving business our way, but that's no excuse for stolen images being sold as exclusive to freepix like the OP.

I've asked freepik to remove my image and they have done it almost immediately.
I've "notified" them that the entire portfolio is full of stolen images, and asked to keep it off line, following the reply:
"Hi Federico,
Yes, we are going to close his account as soon as possible.
Thanks for your collaboration.
Best regards"
after two days the portfolio is still on-line... I'm starting to think that there is the collaboration of some BIG agency, that use this portfolio as a teaser to sell subscriptions ....
Hope I'm wrong
