but as we can see, nothing will ever change radically, they're only acting on a case by case basis.

best scenario, they will close Google Images in germany, but it will still work in all the other countries.

Great news nevertheless! I think it just takes a considerably high amount of lawsuits to change completely their policy.

Again, it would be the duty of the Agencies to start action instead of just sit their and feed their shareholders.
