They aren't really partners... Most seem to be Free Image sites that will direct you to SS or other sites, with a referral link.
but even ss is not all that transparent with partner programs. i still see some partners which are just some individual with their own blog site linking to selected images from each ss contributors.
but this is not an agency but a person . if this is the case, eventually, everyone can call themself an agency of ss,etc
Can anyone send me a name for one of these? I remember one that was quite well presented Pete's coffee cup or something? I'm trying to find the page code so I can use it for my own images on my own website.
Reason it's here is, there have been reports of places "selling" our SS images in the past. Reported in this section. And they turned out to be just what ER wrote. Personal sites, that link to SS.

the second one i am a bit questionable, see the top of their home page announcing get high res free image weekly when you register. does this include our shutterstock photos???

I'll go look and thanks. I know there was one guy, who keeps showing up as "someone stole my images" and when we get there and look, he's just another free photo site with some minimal images and everything is links. Especially his links to SS which all have a referral number on them.

Yes the second one is a hit. Not the guy I was looking for but that's not important.
Batch approved: 01/20/2015 is already showing on that site. Must be some kind of Bot, spider or search that's constantly watching SS for new images.

And I see why you thought it was a partner... "In cooperation with Shutterstock" up on the top.
Also right below the "Download File" button it says, …or download 26 million of high-res royalty-free images for $1 and links to DPC.
But the site is just linking and getting credit somehow? Otherwise it's working for SS and DPC for nothing.
