Title: Unnown site with my vector images

Does anyone know anything about this site: http://www.vectorhq.com/premium/artist/2423 (http://www.vectorhq.com/premium/artist/2423)
They have a few of my vectors and I've never heard of them. Is this a partner site for some known agency? Or are they stealing images?

It's a referral site making money from their "premium files" on SS plus ads. If they are giving your work for free in the free section (i.e. from that site directly) then someone has pinched them and uploaded them to the site. DMCA them. These sites are usually good at taking work down if you point out that SS is your agent, it's in their interest not to lose their main revenue stream.
