It's not my illustration but it is a stock illustration that someone used to show their political views. I called them on it and they seem to think that images are public domain. I told them otherwise.
Here's the URL. I don't know what website they pulled it off of (I'm not talking stock image site but who edited the image) so not sure where a DMCA would be sent.

They think it's cute to steal from the artists because they think it's free because it's on the internet so they can do with it what they wish. I really feel bad for the illustrator as they obviously didn't get paid for their work.

I told her the same and tweeted about it.

I informed the image owner and sent a site mail with a link to notify them.

Its the surprisingly named 'Cartoon of a black cat standing on a fence with a monster moon' on Shutterstock:

Someone who's on there might like to contact the author.
Ooops, well done Muskoka.

Happy to tweet it also. The fact that she's an obvious racist (based on her other tweets) makes it a little more fun to name-and-shame her, too. :)

Holy crap guys! You are all AWESOME! Definitely glad that you got ahold of the artist hopefully they'll be able to send that takedown notice and it will be successful.
That's the first one I've ever seen/caught in my timeline. Makes me wonder how many other flew under my radar or I didn't see them.
I also think that twerp blocked me...NICE! <--Not bothered at all by it.
I've got your guys' backs when I see crap like this and I'll definitely also call them on it.

Page has now been removed.

I tweeted a reply to this too. It is easier given the toxic drivel she's delivering, but even with better politics it'd still be wrong.
Has anyone tracked down the artist?

The tweeted image is gone, but the tweeter (is that a word?) claims she got it elsewhere. So really the source of the image is still out there.

Amanda developed the clean theme for SY.

I found several in-uses as well as the SS source, via Google reverse image search.

Definitely, Mike.
