It's not my illustration but it is a stock illustration that someone used to show their political views.  I called them on it and they seem to think that images are public domain.  I told them otherwise.

They think it's cute to steal from the artists because they think it's free because it's on the internet so they can do with it what they wish.  I really feel bad for the illustrator as they obviously didn't get paid for their work.

I informed the image owner and sent a site mail with a link to notify them.

Happy to tweet it also. The fact that she's an obvious racist (based on her other tweets) makes it a little more fun to name-and-shame her, too.

Amanda developed the clean theme for SY.

The tweeted image is gone, but the tweeter (is that a word?) claims she got it elsewhere. So really the source of the image is still out there.

I found several in-uses as well as the SS source, via Google reverse image search.
