Just got this email form IV:

-----

Thanks to your talent and valuable contributions we experienced tremendous
growth over the last year - especially in terms of our image database size. We
are pleased to announce that we will begin an extensive server upgrade on
Saturday, June 23rd at 9:30 PM US central to increase our image storage capacity
by over 50%. The process will take about 8 hours during which time the server
will be offline to ensure safe and consistent transfer of your images. We will
resume operations on Sunday morning, June 24th.

In response to many customers requests we will also begin upgrading the payment
system to accept American Express and Discover cards once the server migration
is complete. And for you, our contributors, we are very pleased to announce that
we will lower the payment limits on PayPal so that many of you will be able to
withdraw your commission sooner. We will send a more detailed newsletter
describing these changes in the near future so please stay tuned.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during the upcoming upgrade. We
are sure it will increase value of ImageVortex to our entire community. Thank
you.

Sincerely,
ImageVortex Team

And still no Moneybookers. They told me quite some time ago that they will give serious consideration to adding Moneybookers to their payout options (in South Africa we cannot receive payments through PayPal). My first payment was by check and it took a very, very long time for me to receive that check. I am only a few dollars away from my 2nd payout, but I am not looking forward to go through all that hassle again. It is things like this that will definitely influence my decision whether I should stay with them or not.

Shutterpoint also has not introduced MB, they say there is some difficulty regarding total amounts they can transfer. I believe it can be the reason with 123RF has a higher minimum payout in MB.

I have the same restriction with PP in Brazil, I can't get money (only if I had an account in US), so all I can do with it is spend it online. I must check if buying stuff at B&H is worth it, now that they accept PP.

Regards,
Adelaide
