I dont undesrtand why this image https://goo.gl/o5mkdQ [nofollow]

is aproved in my portfolio and instead this

 https://goo.gl/kMPweC [nofollow]

has been reyected by property release. Is for the pink light?. I must remember to Adobe Stock Team that in Spain the ilumination of the historic buildings is not protected for property laws.

Both image were taken in the same place and at the same hour.

One more thing... both images are approved in my Shutterstock potfolio, where i have mor than 7000 images and mor than 200 videos. Instead in AdobeStock i have less than 1900 images  and less than 90 videos due to arbietrarity in acepting fotos and videos and the imposibility that make a reclamation for supervisor wrong practiques.
Of course my Shutterstock payments have no comparison with Adobe Stock and probably i will abandoned the portfolio. Too much work for cents

if you feel comfortable being not the leader ... there's nothing more to talk about this matter

Best regards  8)

If they've mentioned it's an issue relating to property releases, then yeah... it's obviously down to the pink light.

Hi, I  tought that. but this is not the eiffle tower in France. Public buildings and his lights in specially in buildings UNESCO World Heritage Site in Spain are not protected by intellectual property.

Please read this article (in Spanish) https://www.canonistas.com/foros/general-fotografia/139600-derechos-de-imagen-edificios-espana.html [nofollow]

There is some administrator of AdobeStock in this forum.

Because I have the same problem with photos taken in day light  of monuments and sculptures in Spain in the public way

It is possible to write to a Administrator like in Shutterstock

Thanks for the replies

Thanks for your reply MatHayward.

The reconocible people is not the problem (I think), others images in AdobeStock that I have been searching have very reconocible people and are acepted without model release.

In addition, one tink is model release and other totally different property release (you konw clearly the diference).

Look the image 94397279 "Segovia, Spain - June 29, 2014: People around the famous ancient" with people clearly reconogcibble and admited please. And not was necesary model release.

A example of model release is file  71178139 "Group of workers people." where you must specify the name of models an the license.

Finally mi image was admited 176821853 with the title "Long exposure photography of Roman Segovia aqueduct at night. NOTE: in spain illumination of buildings declared world heritage have not legal limitations"

Please check the photo, the people and the keywords.

If your team is very occupied working, me too

Thanks in advance and  best regards,
