You haven't looked very far for the answer.

If you didn't get the email telling us about the changes to reporting on iStock (in late October) and the follow-up email with date changes, write to CR and be prepared to wait several weeks for a reply.  (Or maybe the reply is just a click of a button)

The info is also in the top post in the announcements thread on the iStock forum, with  links for more detailed info e.g. to last downloaded file is the top post on the iStock discussion forum.
Also there are at least two threads here on msg discussing same.

FWIW, my downloads for Jan (credit dls) are poor, but actually one above what I had this time last Jan (which was horrendous). Others have been reporting lower than usual Jan credit sales.

I was seeing my sales reported in Deep Metta but that figure has stayed the same for 2 weeks now. I assume either nothing is selling or they have disconnected the latest sales from Deep Metta. It's all very mysterious now with contributors left completely in the dark as to what is going on. How much they have deteriorated in the last 10 years I have been with them is beyond belief.

The $$ 'Balance' in DeepMeta is updating in real time I(credit sales only), even without refreshes. I just checked with a dl which came in in the last half hour, and the Balance had gone up.

(The 'Month' $$ balance refreshes the next day (GMT), when iS's system refreshes.)

Same issue, here! I used to have constant sales, but since the last days of December, not a single one! I don't understand what's wrong!  :-\

Apparently the balance change  in DM isn't necessarily accurate  ::)

Apparently you are once again 100% correct. Credit sales only and not accurate. Other than that?  >:(

DM has always reported only credit sales.
I don't understand what's happening when a sale is recorded as a credit sale in 'last downloaded', the balance rises by an amount commensurate a credit sale, and the monthly balance rises when the chart updates the next day.
What on earth is that balance rise (which I've been tracking closely all month) if it's not real? Where are the figures being manufactured from? Thin air?

BTW, these are hypothetical questions. Obviously I've asked the admin who said the DM balance isn't accurate, but I'm not very hopeful of any sort of reasonable answer. Sensible questions either don't get answered or occasionally get answered totally illogically.
One day I might be surprised!

I see the mostly likely outcome to be being surprised. Doesn't necessarily mean positive, just a surprise.  :)

You can still access your daily credit sales from your istock Profile page.  It won't tell you what images sold, but it will tell you how many and give you a daily total.  Keep in mind that this is for credit sales only.  Log into your account and click onto your Profile page.  Scroll down and locate where it says "Downloads," just above your January sales graph. Right next to the "Downloads" type, you should see a very small square box outline.  This box is visible on Safari and Chrome, but not on Firefox.  If you click on the box, it'll download a CSV file with your latest daily statistics.  It works even better on my iPad, which instantly opens the CSV file onto a new page in Safari.  Don't know how much longer this will be available, but it's still working as of this writing.
