I am a Newbie < 100 images at iStock, started in January.

My sales at iStock have been really poor ( 0 for the last 2 months) but my PP sales have been ok....7 to 10 sales a month.

Would I make a higher income is I were to opt-out of the PP and submit direct to the Partner websites?

Is there a way to see which sites have, are using, and selling the images.

One downside is, with few sales happening at iStock, I would never make pay out.

Thoughts.

Are you submitting to other sites besides IS?

I have about 230 at SS and am doing OK... various number of images at other sites, mostly low sales.

Presently I am concentrating on SS and my Symbiostock site, but now that the submission restriction are removed on iStock I am thinking of putting some more into there to see if I can bump up the numbers.

As Tickstock said, you can not opt out of the Partner Program unless your an exclusive artist with iStock.

<100 Images won't get you a lot of sales in the beginning. In order to get more sales, you'll need to upload more and high quality images. Keep in mind that iStock is in decline in terms of sales, so you'll notice that as well.

As a non-exclusive, you cannot opt out of the PP. You cannot submit to Thinkstock.com and Photos.com directly, AFAIK.
Upload your images to as many decent sites as possible in an effort to increase your income. Don't expect huge sales at once, just continue building your port and keep working on it.

Thanks for the info. Exclusive at iStock.... I don't think so.
