I seem to be getting several 19c sales that I can't trace to anything - anybody have any ideas? They might have 30% withholding tax knocked off them, which could put them up to 25c, but it's still below anything I thought was possible.

Check PP  ;)

Thanks, but it doesn't seem to be possible to check that - not with four or five thousand files online and no search by download date.

Oo.. yes, indeed  :( Try with Android app, if you have it.

You haven't seen any similar sales in your pp have you? I'm on a PC so I don't use android stuff. Maybe Getty sales? My total earnings jumped a few dollars overnight, but it doesn't seem to be affecting the total for my stats in May, so it's all a bit mysterious.

These are flagged as PP but, when I've got these, it can be VERY late, e.g could be for April reported now - think they're getty related based on the date format returned by my script.

Yeah, Getty and G+ are presumably in (people are reporting refunds, which come after the 'income').
I got nothing in May, but two sales reported in April and a 'loose' 57c I haven't accounted for, but I've read reports of sales coming in from Nov and I only looked back to Jan ...  ::) ::) ::)

Ahh, thanks. Wonderful to think one can get 19c from being with the mighty Getty! I do hope it doesn't get refunded later. I haven't written down what the previous months totals used to be so I can't tell if they are going into anywhere prior to May.

I just had an $11 getty sale from 7th April reported last night (attributed to "getty") - the 19c sales are just reported as "partner portal" as opposed to getty or ts.

Interesting! The G+ sales I get only show partner portal. I had that confirmed by CR as I'm not in the PP, and Lobo subsequently mentioned it in their forum.
I wonder what an indie Getty sale is if it's not G+? -it doesn't seem likely it would be $11 from Getty  Connect.
There is some speculation as to whether the 19c sales might be from Fotomore. I've seen it asked several times as to whether Fotomore has hard launched yet abd how their sales would be reported, but if there's been a recent reply,  I missed it.

I gather you guys would get a relatively hefty RPD for G+ so doubt it's the same - they're not very frequent and have ranged from $0.12 to $19.35

As it happened, I seemed to get the first one that was noted here: that one netted me $50, and I was pretty excited. I'm sure it was (among the) the first because CR had no idea why I had a PP sale when I was opted out, or why it was for $50. The rep had to get back to me to tell me that although it was green and labelled Partner Portal, it was in fact G360 (now G+).
Two months later someone asked the same question on the iS forum, Lobo had to go and check and came back with the same answer. Previously he had said that it would be reported with a purple bar like Getty sales. (His OP has since been amended.)
Since then, my G360/G+ sales have been much lower, down to 35c twice, mostly in the lower range. But I've only had a very few.

I just realized that I have sales from the previous months reported these days:

November '14: extra $0.19
January '15: extra $0.76 = 4 x $0.19(?)
March '15: extra $11.59 = 61 x $0.19(?)

1. It is hard to comprehend why sales from November '14 are only reported now.
2. See the above numbers. Is it only a coincidence that the extra amounts are multiple of $0.19? Aren't these shameful $0.19 sales purposely delayed, since it is so hard to track them when buried so deep in their dysfunctional reporting system?

There seems to be a bunch of sales for PP attributed to Getty Images from November to April reported over last weekend - some are 19c but higher amounts also - your 11.59 might be a single sale or maybe a big and a few tiny.

Possible. But it is almost impossible to verify, neither with the chrome extension nor the Android app especially if these files sell frequently. And why is Getty sitting on our money for so long?

I have my own scripts - sales reporting there is like everything else there, over-complex page structure that is not really fit for purpose especially when you compare to the simple, effective way DT and Ft do it.

Those of you with 19c stills sales should consider yourself lucky.

Why there is no IS boycott movement since they pay much less than DPC?

lawyer or police are more suitable solutions, sales reported from november 2014 and paying in mid august 2015  is steal, system is so complex and stupid( it manager should be fired)

I just checked my stats after reading this and had to adjust going all the way back to December 2013.

Only 2 or 3 months matched what I had in my statistics.  On the bright side my income went up but I don't understand how they could possibly take that long to report sales.

DPC pays much more than 60c per sale? I find that hard to believe.

not always, but definitely more than $0.19 or the industry's disgrace!

Does it "sometimes" pay more than the iStock average?

FT as whole pays more that IS. It's not easy to separate the DPC part. But these PP sales are for IS worse than what DPC is for FT.
