At last, it is January 1st and we saw the results of the new problematic system. I have 3 simple questions:

1. Monthly account balance is gone. How can a contributor see the monthly earnings?
2. Earnings of december 2016 are indeterminate. I can not see it in the pending list in Payouts Report page.
3. Forum also is gone. There is a link to gettyimages site but i can not login to getty with istock username and password. How can contributors reach this forum in getty? A new registration as a contributor or existent account of istock?

Drop IStock, you will have a lot less things to worry about.

Strangely, my istock sales were better than other agencies. I am gonna wait for a while and see the results.

Agree. I stopped uploading on Istock but my earnings are better and better. Great two last months on  Istock! On FT my portofolio is much bigger but earnings here are very bad. Very disappointed with FT, everything goes down. SS is my top microstock agency.

I'm looking forward to seeing january sales in istock at the end of the month. Will contributors get email about the monthly sales and earnings?

this is the sort of thinking that make it possible for Istock to squeeze us out. Anyway. Why you not asking Istock?

If you have high end content ... Be exclusive!

I tried to see the sales totals in December and although I could see the number of sales from thinkstock and PP I couldn't see the value of those sales. I presume even that isn't visible now. It is a tiny # since I deleted almost everything, but there should still be a way to see sales totals.

My sales were also increasing the last month. That was my number one reason to stop selling with them. Their rpd is way lower than the other sites and about to get much worse. They are getting these sales from other micros.

I don't want to be exclusive. Some of my images are selling high in iStock. I am happy with fotolia and shutterstock. I will wait and see the sales for a few months.

I can get into the Getty Forum using my usual Istock login details. Perhaps you have something wrong?

The forums there appear to indicate that this is a temporary problem, and support provided this link to view stats for the time being: http://www.istockphoto.com/user_stats.php?id=000000&Offset=-1&DownloadsGraphFileType

Hope it helps you until the site mess is sorted out.

I hope that is correct and it is just temporary. I guess that is business as usual. They roll out all updates broken.

Don't see balance anywhere, there or stats, financials and just looked, more is missing. Balance Total, not monthly?

I still cannot log into the Getty forum with my iStock username and password. I tried a couple of days ago and all I got was "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again." That's what I'm still getting now.

How is it that some people can successfully use their iStock log-in and others cannot?

The only thing I ever checked on my iStock page was my current balance and now that's gone. Can anyone provide me with a link to this ESP location on the Getty site where I supposedly will be able to eventually, maybe, get this information? I presume I'll have to log in to see it -- so if Getty keeps refusing to accept my iStock username and password, what am I supposed to do?

This sets a new record for screw-ups from the champion of screw-ups. I don't have much left at stake at iStock but I'd still like to know when I can expect the next payout. I can only imagine how frustrating this is for those of you who still count on a regular income from them.

For me IStock is the second biggest earner after SS consistently since I started with microstock. FT and 123RF got closer lately but still not there yet.

Easy to say such things when IStock is down the list...

Contributors should know at any moment what is their balance. It is common sense and essential when having any kind of business partnership. You can't exactly know where you're at with this info...

Whatever the case with this crap a self-respecting company should have communicated in clear manner well in advance what's going on and DEFINITELY should have a spokesperson in this forum!!! >:(

There is a post from Admin on the iStock/Getty user forum about these problems.

If I understand this correctly - and I've not read everything they have posted about this - in short they are saying that the current live balance on contributor accounts is not available due to the 'Unification' change, which is moving contributor information to the Getty/ESP upload system. The implication seems to be that the user balance and sales statistics will no longer be available through iStock.

Crucially, they confirm that payout for balances which had reached the $100 mark by the end of December will be paid as usual on January 25th.

They also say that user's current iStock balance can be seen if you make use of DeepMeta or the iOS app iLucidata.

Obviously this is far from ideal but I've posted this info in the hope it may shed some light on what is happening there.

How does one install iLucidata onto their iPhone or iOS device? I can't find the app in the apps store. Also, a search on the Apple website produces 0 results:

http://www.apple.com/us/search/iLucidata?src=globalnav

On the http://ilucidata.theasis.co.uk/ website they provide the following link to the app, which is dead too:

https://itunes.apple.com/app/ilucidata/id909357982

Well done!
