I'm able to see my earnings in Istock software-deepmeta. The earnings are at the bottom of the window...

Drop IStock, you will have a lot less things to worry about.
For me IStock is the second biggest earner after SS consistently since I started with microstock. FT and 123RF got closer lately but still not there yet.

Easy to say such things when IStock is down the list...
If you keep supplying istock, its likely that most of the sites will end up paying us 15% or less and almost nothing for subs.  I removed all my best images when they were my second highest earner.  The other sites soon make up for the loss in earnings if you put in a bit of work and it feels great not to supply a site that will ruin microstock.  Now my only problem is that they ignored my request to close my account over a month ago and I haven't received a reply to the email I sent a few days ago demanding that they remove all my images.  Will be great when I am finally rid of them.

I can get into the Getty Forum using my usual Istock login details. Perhaps you have something wrong?

The forums there appear to indicate that this is a temporary problem, and support provided this link to view stats for the time being: http://www.istockphoto.com/user_stats.php?id=000000&Offset=-1&DownloadsGraphFileType

Hope it helps you until the site mess is sorted out.

Contributors should know at any moment what is their balance. It is common sense and essential when having any kind of business partnership. You can't exactly know where you're at with this info...

Whatever the case with this crap a self-respecting company should have communicated in clear manner well in advance what's going on and DEFINITELY should have a spokesperson in this forum!!! >:(
"Business Partnership" ha ha you are a supplier in no meaningful sense a partner.

"ANY KIND" Being a supplier is one kind of a business partnership regardless of how small...
Not really sure about that I would use the term Stakeholder.

There is a post from Admin on the iStock/Getty user forum about these problems.
...
They also say that user's current iStock balance can be seen if you make use of DeepMeta or the iOS app iLucidata.

Obviously this is far from ideal but I've posted this info in the hope it may shed some light on what is happening there.

How absurd is it that iStock sends its contributors to third party apps to get their iStock financial information instead of being provided that information by...well...iStock.

And how can these apps access that information anyway if we can't find it? If it's still on iStock somewhere, why can't iStock just show it?

I'd be tempted to say "unbelievable" if we're weren't talking about iStock....

We'd like to wish you all a terrific 2016 winter holiday season. As the year comes to an end we are aware there are some very important Unification dates coming up.

December 23, 2016

Exclusives subs sales move to price per file based on normal current rates of 25% to 45%.
Non Exclusives subs sales move to price per file based on 15% for Photo files & 20% for Video and Illustration.
New Rate Card to become effective.

January 1, 2017

    New Download Targets become effective.

February 1, 2017

iStock.com contributor tools will be retired on www.istockphoto.com/xnet.
Login details for the ESP Platform sent to iStock contributors.
iStock contributor tools become available via the ESP platform.

Additional Notes:

    Download Statistics

Your download stats will no longer be available on iStock.com come the February 1 cutover. We will not be porting previous years stats over to the new system so we strongly advise you to download your CSV prior to the cutover on February 1, 2017.

    ADP Copyright Name

In the very near future we will be changing the term 'Copyright' to 'Credit Line' on all Asset Detail Pages. "

So, there will basically be no reason for contributors to ever go to the iStock website again. That seems like a strange plan.

I saw the email about changing the information we could see but I assumed that meant moving it to a better system - not completely removing all reports of earnings. I came to update my earnings spreadsheet today, which takes about a minute per site but then spent a good ten stumbling blindly around Istock only to find any mentions of earnings had vanished completely. I can't even see total earnings for each image any more, Microstockr no longer works and I have to use Deepmeta just to find my current balance.

It looks like the only thing you can do is view the payout report but those figures have never represented that month's actual earnings due to the delay in subscription and partner program sales reporting and occasional sales taking months to report.

The royalty changes already looked dodgy as hell and now we can't even put them to the test and see how much we are really getting. How have they managed to make a bad system even worse?

I stopped uploading photos and i am gonna wait. I can see the sales and balance in Deepmeta. I can log in to  gettyimages with my istock  account but it looks like it is not a contributor account for getty. Are all the contributors buyers now? That's strange.

iStock has the hot flashes again.

At last, it is January 1st and we saw the results of the new problematic system. I have 3 simple questions:

1. Monthly account balance is gone. How can a contributor see the monthly earnings?
2. Earnings of december 2016 are indeterminate. I can not see it in the pending list in Payouts Report page.
3. Forum also is gone. There is a link to gettyimages site but i can not login to getty with istock username and password. How can contributors reach this forum in getty? A new registration as a contributor or existent account of istock?

Is it possible to see (in Deepmeta) what kind of file was purchased or only number of sales and balance are visible?

Click the downloads header until you get a triangle pointing down and that rearranges your sales into order, most recent going backwards. Remember, that's credit sales only, not subs, PP or Getty sales.

istock/getty seems to be working overtime to alienate contributors.  Is anyone still uploading there?

The only question I have in mind is why ? Why iStock make it so difficult for the contributors to view sales? And now the balance is gone. It can't be worst.

So for the people sticking with iStock, I guess we can just hope they're making improvements in viewing stats on ESP.  Does anyone have success using Stockperformer or any other place to view stats on all microstock??

Sales are frozen at 99,97$. Like always, just a coincidence

I just checked my balance in Deep Meta and it's the same since last time the balance was displayed on the site. In my user stats I noticed nothing was sold since december the 21st. Is it just me or did they stop to report sales from that day on?

I had a reported sale on 28th Dec and nothing since, but a friend has had one this year. I think credit sales will soon be as rare as 'real' ELs have been this past year.
