Suddenly I can only see the number of photos sold, not the amounts, on my stats page at iStock, for the current as well as previous months. The account balance has also disappeared from the line at the bottom of the browser window. I can see it on the Financials Page though.

Anybody else had this happen?

I'm pretty sure that was due to happen. I think we're only to get our stats once a month. Gloriously demotivating, but my motivation for uploading has been gone for months anyway.
They just haven't a scooby.

It was moved up below total earned.

Oh, on the Financials tab. Thanks.
I liked it in the black bar at the bottom, and got fed up enough that the black bar doesn't always show!
Still, it's not like the old days when there were constant dls.

In general (and I'm not talking only about iStock), do people like to see sales coming in in real time, and find it motivating? Maybe that was only me.  :-[

Added: there's a thread over on their forum which has a link where you can see your royalties charts.

Not only you I think I check almost every day. Disappointing is no new download reported anything for a week since 23rd. Last sub was longer.

I was waiting until Jan. 1st to download CSV for 2016 and be done with that collection from when we got reporting, which is now going to disappear.

Total Earned black bar, what are you talking about? Oh just disappeared, no more monthly earnings number. Total earnings jumped up over $10 from what it was minutes ago. Looking at stats, no total, just December, 2016: 142 downloads

I hope this is just temporary changes.

And there's more:
When I go to My Uploads and click on the Royalties link to see the sales history and sales amounts for each photo, it goes directly to the iStock front page. It's like they try to hide financial information from us, like they've done for subscription sales for a long time already.

This information is essential, partly for motivation like others have mentioned, but also because I want to see how each of my photos are performing. Also, I've made daily statistics since I started this more than 10 years ago. iStock has always made that task a bit difficult. Now it's becoming impossible.

I stopped uploading to them a couple of months ago when I had my first $0.02 sales. Now it's time to consider the next step, which would be deleting my portfolio. I've never gone that far before, since I've always hoped for things to turn around (like they did with Fotolia), but with the current policies at iStock, I'd rather have customers not find what they're looking for at iStock, forcing them to go elsewhere. iStock is moving in the opposite direction of all the good microstock agencies, and sales are dropping. It doesn't make sense.

I can't find it ShadySue, could you tell me the name of the thread I would find it in please? (Is that allowed?)
It just seems that iStock wants to keep all information secret and tell us nothing.

Do they still have a forum? They've apparently killed the old one, and I haven't been able to find the new one.

I found the forum, but couldn't find the thread that contains info about where can I check my earnings.
Sorry, I don't get it, what is the big secret? Why people who have this link can not just post it here?

Thank you, some people seem to like to post how it's over there but send us chasing years of old threads or subjects that are not what we want. I'm making a guess that this is it. Says nothing new will be reported on the old system.

You will remember we had to sign not to quote posts on the new forum and I'm presuming that also means not sharing links.

That said, there are so few posts over there that finding "Missing my contributor account balance" as a new thread in the Help and Support forum is hardly rocket science - after all, I found it! I can't understand why you would search through "years of old threads" (the new forum isn't that old!) to find info about an issue which only happened yesterday.

To stop anyone posting, if you're not signed into the forum, you can't access the threads. If you're an active contributor there, you should have got info about signing in at the time of the forum change. If not, you'll need to contact their support. There was a specific support address for this, but presumably opening a ticket would eventually get you the info you need.

Another typical iStock feature. Instead of just signing in with my user name at iStock, there's some mystery routine that I have to figure out by browsing through old emails. Makes me wondering why I've been supporting that bunch for so long.

I was asking for a link to see my earnings, not a something that is in the forums (which I know is forbidden to post). Thank you anyways.

Guys, I've read this thread from the start to the end, but I still do not understand how/where to see the monthly earnings at iStock.

At the 'Financials' tab I see: 'Total Earnings:' and 'Account Balance:'.

Account Balance = December earnings + unpaid November earnings (partner program)

But where are the total earnings for November?

'Payout Report' shows US and non-US sales, but again without monthly earnings breakdown.

Please do not resend that link to contributors.gettyimages.com, I can not log in to that forum anyway.

This shows the account balance, but where are the month earnings?

This is very frustrating. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find even the most basic info about my earnings.

I sure hope the promised "improvements" next year make things more transparent...

How do you link your iS account with a/your Getty account? For the life of me, I can't log into Getty...

The forum mods don't know either. They just say things like we hope that ESP will solve this. I think what they mean is we need ESP to figure out what Getty will be doing next?  :)

I can see my monthly total, that's always been my landing page for stats. Total used to be on the bottom bar. What I can't see is why the total went up $10 yesterday? I think I know the answer. All reporting has been stopped, until the new system at Getty is in place. We won't ever be able to see anything on IS in the future.

If you want your old stats for past years, download your CSV files before the IS connection is broken and gone. It's going to all disappear someday. I won't use the word soon. Seems to be something like February?

What a farce. What do we do for the next month or two while Getty takes over? Will we get any daily reports or individual file data?

I found the forum, but couldn't find the thread that contains info about where can I check my earnings.

That's not what it says and you know it. Forum TOS said not to quote, it doesn't say not to link. I don't know how somebody gets that extreme to say it's the same thing. You say we can't read without being logged in, the link is only for people who can log in. Only approved IS Getty members can read it, no violation.

Just trying to be helpful instead of saying, it's on the forum go hunt through a mess of messages. If you would open your eyes, the reason people say they can't find it, is sometimes we can't. A simple link isn't too much to ask, is it?

balance on stats page - gone
amounts on stats page - gone
option to view monthly - gone
subs sales data - gone-
detailed image earnings - gone

sales reporting was always *, especially since PP/Subs produced most of the cash but at least the info was there somewhere...

It is easy to understand why they make it so hard to see how they are ripping you off.  They don't want you to know!

Am I going crazy? One month data blackout for all the details that heywoody has listed.  >:(

Many of these just link back to the main page now. Forum Mod says maybe Feb. 1st? Does this mean we'll see nothing except maybe a total with no details for a month?

Beginning to think maybe the people who closed and left were not jumping the gun and they got out of town, while the getting was good! I really want to be positive about this, but Getty makes it harder and harder every time we get some new exciting news about how things will be improved.

A month?
