That DMCA is wrong tho isn't it? He wasn't hosting the copyrite images on his site, he was hotlinking to googles hosting? What's wrong with that? Google does it... ;)

I've locked this thread because it is already being discussed at jsnovers link. Also please name your threads with a descriptive title. If all threads were titled "seen this?" it would be impossible to navigate around here.
