My sales absolutely crashed on iStock yesterday (Friday 3rd November) ... so much so that I thought it had been a public holiday in the US.
But no, I checked, it was a working day.
I know all about 'ebb and flow' but this was ridiculous, worse than an average weekend.
Anyone else experienced this, or am I suddenly an outcast on the great IS?

About average for a Friday but it seemed low because I had my best day ever on Thursday :). Fridays are always a bit slower for me, the day starts off good but dries up later in the day as people stop working for the weekend.

my 14 day average is about half of what it has been the last 5 months... :( It just started going down a couple weeks ago.. I suppose if some people sell more with the new search, other people have to sell less :P

Friday was down just a bit, but it was more noticable compared to my huge Thursday sales.
-
Yes what happend on Thursday? For me it was the best day ever on Thursday, and after that day I was really disappointed of Friday.
-
ouch. maybe i am being chastised for not uploading recently, but yesterday i had ZERO sales on istock. That hasn't happened before since 10 months ago.

My sales are terrible in November and I think I will be down 40%. Just hoping the other sites are making more to compensate

Very bold statement considering it is only the 8th!

I sold almost nothing on any of my sites yesterday. That is very unusual.
Could it be because it was election day, and people weren't in a buying mood?

well the month is almost 1/4 over. If you have as many images as phildate does, the graphs tend to be at least a little more even than if you rely on 50 or so images, and as such you can get a pretty good idea of what the month will look like fairly soon. If your istock line is basically flat all the time and it drops nearly 50% for a week or two, things aren't looking good.
