The stats are in and maybe I am not surprised nobody went to the trouble opening the topic this month. What a disaster again on the RPD. I think Istock will be the next agency of which I will delete my whole portfolio and then Adobe will remain as the only one. No believe in Istock anymore or microstock for that matter. Maybe they deserve to go bankrupt just like Shutterstock will.

ShadySue

Yeah, low rpd for me too, so compared to March I'm 42% up for sales but 21% down for $$$.

Gannet77

Guess I'm the outlier here - DLs similar to March (slightly up) but $$$ 23% up.  Higher RPD for me.

Wilm

April was slightly better for istock than March, but a bit worse than April 2025 and significantly worse than April 2024

April 2026 – I have images only:

RPD istock: $1.10
RPD AS: $0,87
RPD dreamstime: $0.52
RPD shutterstock: $0.46
RPD deposit: $0,26

Devotio777

I made 108 dollars in April, which is the best month on istock in a while. I am usually hanging somewhere just below 100. My RPD for April was 0.63
Unfortunately the video misery continues - out of 8 videos sold, 7 of them sold for 50 cents, and that one remaining sale was for 1 dollar. Shame on you istock!!

Istock:   I haven't been uploading for that long so April was OK, about average.

April total across all agencies turned out well, up slightly on last year so I'm happy with April earnings overall.  :)

Getting $0.15 for a video and being a whole month behind, while having to top up $100 to get paid, is a fantastic offer! I think I'm a masochist!

Interesting. I wondered what they paid for video. Oh right, 15% of whatever they charge, so the problem is, they aren't licensing anything for much of a fee. If your video goes for $3 you get 50¢  :(

Keeping it simple, $0.30 RPD for the month. No video, illustrations, and Images.

i had a very good month with rpd over 1.5 because of 3 large video sales.

rushay

This 15% royalty will remain shameful on top of that I get hit with 30% Trump tariffs

Artist

pretty bad, down 35% this month.

cobalt

17 dollars. Cannot complain because of lack of uploads.

One file got its first ever download.

Uploaded in February 2006, sold for the first time in March 2026.

fotoroad

Not bad months but under $100

$905 here.
I am sure you are not complaining :) Thumbs Up

Pacesetter

$294 for April 2026 but that's down from $378 in April 2025 and down from $560 (BME) in April 2024.

Orchidpoet

My download number was low, but the payment wasn't as bad as I thought.

What tariffs, or are you just making up things because you have TDS?  https://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-tariffs-services-goods-industry-financial-legal-deficit-surplus-2025-4

The Trump Tariff Frequently Asked Questions :

1. I have remote workers and / or outsource work to other countries. Will tariffs be applied on their work delivered to us and paid from the USA ?

The short answer is NO.

If you have team members working globally or outsource work to other firms globally  and you pay them from the United States then these are counted as services imported into the United States. As per the new trade policy under President Trump these are not under tariffs so you should not worry.

Tax rate 30%

Is this new, or has it always been that way? Being in the US I pay taxes, based on my income, and I realize some other countries have withholding because of US tax agreements.

But taxes are not a tariff, and not because of Trump.

Does your country not have a tax agreement with the US?
If not sorry, but as Pete said, that's on the US as a whole, nothing to do with Trump, much as I hate him.

I'm not a fan of Trump, but I don't spend every day finding things to blame him for or being angry that the country voted for him. People voted Trump because they are unhappy with the other side and how they have done things. Many people would have voted for a yellow dog, if it was running against Trump. Not all, but many votes were not for Harris, but simply anyone but Trump. If the left wants to win back the White House, they should find a candidate who appeals to the middle, not insisting that they are going to force unpopular progressive, and elitist mandates on the public. Right now the Dems are trying to take back the power by racial redistricting. If the Republicans did that, they would be called racist. But when the Democrats do the same thing, it's taking back their representation and power?  :o Neither one is right, if they are going to base their districts on racial makeup.
