Title: Can't login, and can't reset, anyone having this issue?

Hi,
I don't login often, maybe once a year, but is giving me "those detaisl don't match our records...". I tried to reset password and username, but I don't even get an email, not in Spam folder.

I had this problem with Internet explorer at work, I switched to Chrome and it was working fine.

I also had those problems...I exchanged a lot of emails with support, but nothing. I finally figured out that if I wait, say, two hours and then try again, it works.
 :)
