Deep Meta just sitting there looking at me...
Problem with DM? Or do I remember something about an agreement to agree with (!) which I can't find on IS site.....

Yes,  you need to sign the new agreement before you can upload. It shows up every two days when you log into the site and I think it will show up if you try to upload directly in  the site.
