Title: Can I reactivate deactivated files?
Post by: tomsailor on June 03, 2009, 11:55
Hi all

I deactivated a file on IS, but I now want to reactivate it again and put it back in my portfolio.

Can I do that, or do I have to re-submit it?

Thanks

You can reactivate a disabled file on IS by sending the request to [email protected].
It's not a matter of routine to have this done, so be sure to include a good reason.

I had around 50 deactivated files reactivated several months ago.  I had originally deactivated them last year because I was going to submit those images to Photoshelter (remember Photoshelter?).  Anyway, admin restored all my deactivated images no problems.
