Dear all!
Am a very new member to the microstock community so i guess you can all imagine the hurdles i am trying to get through! I have now managed to upload several images on Dreamstime, using one MR per model. Uploading the same images to iStock, i am learning that images taken on different points in time need separate MR's. As most of my photos are of my kids, this is a huge hassle, but hey what can i do. Unfort i spent the weekend uploading loads of images to iStock, each model using the same MR. Now my question: all these will obv be rejected due to not having an acceptable MR. Is there any way i can already go in and change the MR; i.e. to delete the old ones and scan in new ones?
Best

Unfortunately, I think you will have to reupload images with new releases. :(

It might be worth your while downloading a copy of DeepMeta (see http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=86866 (http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=86866)), which is a useful tool for iStock anyway.
In this case though, I'm not sure it will help much because I don't think it can change the existing uploads, so you'll still have a lot of hassle getting it sorted - though it may be useful in that you could fetch the data from iStock and copy across to new entries, at least you won't have to re-keyword each individually, and when ready to upload you can just set it going and leave it.
You could call iStock support and ask for their advice - they may be able to help somehow, perhaps by deleting the current model releases so you can go back in and just upload the new ones. Worth a try.

You can upload a new release here: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_modelrelease_upload.php?id=XXXXXX (http://www.istockphoto.com/file_modelrelease_upload.php?id=XXXXXX)
If you were using DeepMeta, you can change the linked release and re-send it.

Good to know, Sean, thanks for that tip.

You can cancel your pending files(far right). And it will not count in your weekly limit (upload file again with right MR), if that is what you are worried about.

Thank you all for your replies! Guess we all have to learn the hard way...
