Title: contacting a buyer

Have a buyer who left a low rating due to a issue with a image. Can we contact them to make a fix ?
Cant seem to find anything on the istock about this.

That's quite surprising as all registered customers can zoom in to check on the quality of the image.

Did you just get a sale and then the feedback? It could have been a "fellow" contributor signing up with fake information just to leave a bad rating.

Its a legit issue and a big buyer. Just dont know what the rules are in contacting them and SENDING THEM A NEW FILE ASAP ?

Contact IS support they should assist you in straightening this out.
