I received this good news from iStock (sorry if someone else posted it):

Strangely, I am unable to upload from a web browser. I tried out DeepMeta for 4 submissions and it worked great. Very nice. So glad we don't need to use that antiquated web browser upload.

I am restarting this old thread because I need some help.
I have found a thread about Deepmeta on the iStock forum, but frankly I have no time to read all the 96 pages

So, I have tried to upload some vectors with Deepmeta (last version), but with no success.
I have uploaded the eps file and the related jpg.
The eps picks correctly the metadata from the jpg, but when I upload I get an error message: "You must upload a sample".

So, how to attach the jpg to the eps?
Or what else?

Thank you for any simple explanation.

Hello Beppe,
It's easy

1 - file/ add new files--> select 1 eps and 1 big jpg  (with same name)
2- upload tab--> double click over the new file, put keywords and categories and move the file from left side to right side with ">> button" and press start uploads button

trick: yo can copy categories and keywords from other old files to save time

Thank you Roberto, but it is exactly what I do and it does not work here.

When I use "Add new files" I select the eps + the jpg (with the same names) but only the eps is loaded. Strangely all the metadata from the jpg are visible in the eps.
ThenI I have to add the eps using "Add new files" again.
I manage the keywords as usual and send the files to the upload queue. So they both appear in the upload queue.
Then I start the upload and the jpg uploads normally, but for the eps after a while I have a "retry 1, retry 2, retry 3" message and finally an error message: "You must upload a sample".
