Title: DeepMeta problems
Post by: WarrenPrice on November 24, 2011, 14:36
Am I the only one seeing problems with deep meta.  It seems that every time I run "fetch statistics" I get the same three files as recently viewed ... over and over and over.  And, when I click on "files" and sort by downloaded ... It tells me the last file was downloaded on Nov 2, then Nov 11, then Nov 21, then Nov 22.
I'm pretty sure there were downloads yesterday.  I just can't seem to get the same answer twice????

Anyone else?

I do the same thing, Pearl, and get different answers ... depending on who knows what.
The only constant is the same three files and sometimes a fourth that keeps showing as recently reviewed (or sold).  Knowing it just ain't possible for those three files to be "recently reviewed" every time I run deep meta.

Just tried it again.  Exasperating.

No you are not alone. DM does not fetch the correct stats right now.

Thanks Freedom.  I was beginning to think my version of DM was corrupted.   :-\

Most of iStock's servers now seem to be delivering false returns for recent downloads. It looks as if it started with one a couple of days ago and the rest are gradually falling in line with it.
