Post by: superdone on October 20, 2016, 23:43
Hi,

while I tried to upload a vector file with deepmeta (latest version) I got this error 4702. The dimension of the file is 9283*6977 pixel, 4,5 MByte.

Could you kindly help me?
Thank you

I tried to upload photos and it works.

I tried to upload another vector files and it works.

So I think it is a matter of that specific vector but I don't know.

What is the maximum dimension of a jpeg accepted by istock?

I got a similar question by email from someone, and asked what the text of the error message was, but didn't get response yet.

There's usually a text along with the number for errors coming from the iStock server, so the text might be an indication.

Did you try uploading the same vector with a downscaled version of the thumb?

Thanks,
Franky

There is no text error message....only "ERROR: 4702 - "

I tried to uploading a downscaled version, but nothing changes :-(
