the new admis end up being so inept at running a business they know nothing about that they end up driving the company into the ground within 2 years.
Take for example the new search engine which is ladden with errors and probably affecting buyer sales right now.

An example or two would be most helpful.Actually I think it will be a really good search engine - if only they can get it to work properly!It seems to me that their software testing and quality control leaves a lot to be desired... they seem to prefer to just go ahead and put it out rather than test it fully first. But speaking as someone who used to do software development myself, that is the usual attitude of management.
