Number of downloads for April avaliable. I was expecting one of worst months, but had the best month with downloads, but I don't know where those dl-s are coming from. For example one image has 53 downloads!, and I'm pretty sure that daily statistics didn't show them. It's probably 53x 0,0001 cents. I'm really crurious about the earnings now.

I've had some sales without views which is normal. But 53 is a looot. Good luck with that.

Using the information in Todayis20 you can have a mean revenue per type of sale. For example my mean revenue for iStock subs is 0.33, for Getty sales is 0.49 and credit packs is 1.33. So you can estimate your sales before the 20... if you are very impatient lol

Yup, I only discovered via msg a couple of months ago that the sales come in a couple of days before the $$$. The money should be live today or Monday.
My sales volume is low, so I need some large-value sales. Ha, trying to be hopeful, but definitely not holding my breath.

I don't see anything anywhere , only the my performance tab at ESP then download tab. Numbers are higher than last month. But I have no more information. Where can I get more info ? I hate that getty are so secret about our sales... need to wait 1 month to know ! crazy ...

Content statistics, performance, downloads and for each picture you know the type of download (whether if it's istock subs, credits, etc...). In todayis20 you have a tab where you can know your mean revenue per that type of download and you know can estimate the revenue of this month. Or you can wait until tomorrow or Monday :)

Sales are in now. For me, $$ a slight rise on March, which makes it my second-worst month since July 2007. So much relying on the good Getty sales, which I didn't get in March or April.
Ho-hum.

Wow 14 dollars and change, 33 sales, 6 of which were video sales. I've been getting more and more irritated with istock/getty they are much more difficult to upload to and I'm just starting to feel like a chump giving away my work for next to nothing. I was going to give them another few months but I'm thinking this is it.

Just as I expected. Worst month iin 2,5 year. For those 53 downloads I got exactly 0,53$. Not each sale, but all combined. iStock is bad joke.

Super low is reality and future on Istock  ;D ;D
This is my portfolio :  http://www.istockphoto.com/portfolio/goce
with 7500 images and 1065 footages, now my portfolio is worth $ 20 a month, on average I earned about $ 100 a month before this disaster in May.

I wonder why we get $0.01 when the minimum should be $0.02?!
I'm glad they don't have my images from the last several years!

I think seriously about removing my portfolio. 0.01 sales .... I don't accept that. 0.48$ video sales neither. I have more sales goes up, earning goes down ... this is really bad stats. Month by month it's getting worst and worst. As i can see, it's not happening to me only. Why do we accept that ?  :o  I guess I can live without that so little earning from them ! This will help my sanity to not deal with them anymore and be again disspointed. Well I miss the old time when istockphoto was a community and sales was so good and royalties fair, and canister goal, live stat. It was positive.

Yeah, it's just getting silly. Down 75% on the feeble earnings two years earlier.

Honestly I think we are fooling ourselves by stating the actual fraction of a cent amounts. Functionally they are giving our work away for free. Many of these sales will never even tally to one cent by the end of the month the ones that do make a return so low that really we are still talking about nothing.

There are charging subscriptions to people and making a pretty penny in exchange for our work and we are seeing nothing in return.

While I agree I think they only can "see" the photo not actually using it (?). Te problem is the cents that come from an actual subscription license. Too low...

The super-tiny "Connect" sales are pay per view, and yes, mostly we get nothing but Getty must be raking in a pretty penny.
A lot of people this month in particular have been reporting 1c sales specifically to China (my current lowest to China is 5c), but I have no idea what that usage is.

Beat month thanks to a super big sale for 300 dollar.

But still this connect stuff. Connect is as mushy as crocodule pond, i read many article and you know what i still cannot understamd what is and probably not even getty knows. People think is a special deal for china, no is not, all those one cent sale from
China probably are due to other idiot move from getty.

Connect is the most festructing stuff we have ever seen. In practice is a giant unspalsh  free site for milliona of cuatomer who before bought images fron istock Ss fotolia and now they stop using those sites and simply get free images grom getty. Think blog, small company individual website... in practice if its not printed
Or used commercially is given for free.

Why you ask? Simply getty is trying to dumpen the competitipn. They were losing badly and fight back giving our stuff for free earning minimal
Subscription price just to kill ss and adobe. That s it.

https://www.fastcompany.com/1817835/connect-getty-images-leaps-21st-century

This article is well written and explain all. They kill
Already canva... they are using the money they amassed wirh editorial big sale to kill
The market , the last thing they can do tonprrvent microstock eat them all.
And clearly ss and adobe soon will cut prices and royalty. I expect it in less than a year. Thats why microatock in tge bect year wont be a job for many probably some
Hundred big company producer.

So then they will stop receiving any content at all anymore and will die themselves.
They understand that the only healthy motivation for adequate creators to create is Money. No money no content, just a few thousands snapshots from "exposure" imbeciles (pardon my french). It won't happen.

"microstock wont be a job for many probably some"

I hear that since 2008 :) will consider myself "some" then :D
