Read the definition of economic coercion and tell me that it is NOT exactly what is/getty are doing with us. Exploitation of a monopolistic situation.

Except Getty doesn't have a monopoly. You are free to go to any of the other 8 or 10 microstock sites to sell your product. You can go to Corbis (Veer). Any exclusive at IS who chooses to stay and drink the kool-aid is there of free choice.
