Title: ELs - where to find credit info?

I'm having a brain drain. I'm sure there used to be a page which detailled how many credits it cost for each kind of EL on iStock.
I can't find it now, either by following through from clicking Extended Licence on a file or via the Site Map.
All I have found is that if someone needs an EL they have to phone Support (a bit inconvenient if they need it outside Calgary Office Hours, though they can get the EL in retrospect, if they remember).
Anyway, does anyone know offhand where the table is which details credits needed for ELs?
