Title: ESP and metadata through istock website metadata question

I uploaded the EPS and JPG versions of my illustrations. It's asking me to enter Title, Description and Keywords. This system does not extract the information (like other stock sites)? Must I enter it manually (or copy and paste from the original files)? I cannot use DeepMeta because my operating system is no longer compatible with it.

same for me  >:(
ESP can't extract IPTC metadata. (testing XMP/IPTC metadata with CS Bridge and Exiftool… nothing)
so i enter it manually

but they say

Ugh. iStock really seems out of touch. The gap is widening with this latest drama.

i've submit a ticket to support service and received an answer

the answer was similar to this (irony): forget about it and leave us alone, we here to making money, not to solve your problem, oh we know, we know, we are so sorry, forgive us :'(

in other words it's my problem, not theirs
