I cannot wrap my head around the fact that iStock/Getty is not communicating with its members on such important thing as the current problem associated with ESP. Many people, myself included, didn't get the invite yet and many others are frantically trying to make sense of the whole thing. We must use this third party outlet to communicate among ourselves like survivors after the apocalypse.
I am shocked.

My invite didn't work, but I could log in with my email (NOT username) and current password at https://esp.gettyimages.com/

If you're shocked you don't know getty. Search for google istock deal on this forum if you want to know who you are dealing and what they think of their contributors.

I don't think you can reach ESP. Try to go here:
https://esp.gettyimages.com
or to login from here:
https://contributors.gettyimages.com/

I can't even see my portfolio on ESP. Ive been looking all around the website but there's no sign of my images from iStockphoto. At least I can still upload new ones (though no visible way to designate an image as editorial if and when I need to.) No earnings visible either. I feel like I'm stumbling around in the dark like a blind person.

Well, no; we don't have to use this third party outlet; they are trying to sort things out on their own forum, as best they are able ...
Same old, same old ...

I don't know that since I don't have access to iStock/Getty forums.

Yeah well, their forum is awful. They move posts to other threads without notifying the OP. When I searched my own original threads, the links in my profile/account lead me to broken links. I later (after digging) find my posts moved and buried on a thread pages and pages long. I think the forum moderator there is OCD and overly concerned with tidying up and consolidating threads. I'm not interested and don't have the time to search pages and pages of conversations to see if my questions have been answered. Seems like a no brainer courtesy to let folks know their post has been moved.

I can't even log into the forum now because I forgot my password and I STILL have not gotten an email back to reset after several requests-- over 48 hours.

I have not gotten an email with invite to ESP.   Meanwhile they still have my images and of course have no idea how much they owe me.

As others have said some us can't access the forum thanks to this mess and they don't seem to be replying to emails or message through their site. I don't understand the levels of incompetence over there. How does anyone still have their job?

I copy pasted their unique link on their ESP email sent Feb 3. It worked. Then you are asked to create password, that works too. BUT finding your our port is hard, it is like the best kept secret. I searched for it ages and ages and when I was convinced it was not there, I found it. Scroll down under Update your profile place, there is a tiny link. clicked it and

THEN
I almost chocked in my coffee. The preview images are without any protection whatever! You can go ctrl + and enlarge the images to sufficient size, voila, free photos. Who buys photos any more. Google is going to grab these and distribute!
Horrible!
Thank heavens I haven't uploaded anything in IStock for ages, now I am done with them.

They don't all have their jobs, they've all been fired to save money except for the toilet cleaner who is now in sole charge of the IT department.

No email, same as you, I just used my email and password, all works now.

All invites have been sent. Just go logon without it.

Yes you can log in whit the old info or if you forgot them just do a password recovery from their log page.
I didn't have high hopes but this is just sad. Useless info without any relevance . Your port  link is well hidden on the page bottom. No info on downloads or money .Why they even bother with this change.
Looking at my new SS interface...i may not be pleased or used with all their changes, but still is a huge difference .

I am shocked.

So many are having the same issue, I waited almost a week for a response to my support emails that pretty much stated I never got an invite email and the response was:

All invite emails have been sent out, and to follow the process in the email.

Mentioned to reply if you still have trouble, which I did, but seems I need to wait days before the another reply.

Will this ever end?

Seems so unlike what Getty is all about,  perplexed.

I don't know when they will stop talking to us like we are are garbage. Every email seems to be more arrogant than the last. Why is it necessary to be accusatory or threatening all the time? Especially when the track record of incompetence and dishonesty is all one way. How much stuff do they have to get wrong before they accept any responsibility?

No you didn't send me an email. No it's not in my junk folder. No I can't log into your forum either.

Now they even removed the text that they aim to reply within 2 days from their ESP contact form

So now I guess they aim to reply when they feel like, if ever at all

I did not get yet the email with the data to connect to ESP.
I have tried to connect using my iStock and Getty login, but without success.
So I have tried to ask for a new password using the form.
I have got the new password in seconds and tried again to connect to esp.gettyimages.com

And you know what?

It works!!

____
Then I have tried to upload one image using Deep Meta 3
And the image appeared in the page "Upload & review content"

I finally got customer service reply email today where they said that number of people who already had Getty account created through iStock did not get invitation email (and will not get it). We are supposed to use our contact email address as our member name and request password reset (forgot your password option on sign in).
After changing password I got:
"You are now signed in. Start uploading."

I clicked on the link and got back where I was with:

We're sorry.
Your account is not currently set up for ESP access.

I am thinking that they locked the account after several unsuccessful attempts and of course they are not saying anything about it. These locks are typically anywhere between 3-24 hours, so I'll try again.

it ended up that I got invitation back in 2014 for iStock Videographer which I never activated but was still a valid invite. Thankfully I saved that email and was able to finally get in.

Do you have some of the text of that old invite?
I am wondering if I have same problem but I can't find the email. It would help me search my inbox if I knew what the subject was or some of the text.
