Title: Finding Last Download
Post by: Carmel12 on July 28, 2013, 09:44
Hi
Sometimes I'll see a big jump in my account but I can't seem to find out what image sold and for how much.  Even when I click "last download" I can't seem to find what sold for the amount reflecting my balance.  Is there a place to go to find your last image sold and the amount it sold for ?

Thanks
Ruth

Usually it's in Last Download. If your jump is for a larger than usual amount, it may have been an extended licence. If not, maybe it was a Subscription sale, which often come in one or more days after the actual sale.
One you're in the My Uploads section, check out Subscriptions (order by date) or Extended Licences ( you just have to look through them trying to match up the amount).
Alternatively, you may have had Partner Program sales, which come through supposedly once a month, but the past two months have been dripping up erratically for ages. Check that out by looking at previous months' stats and looking for green (IIRC) caps on the daily columns. Or I see there's a Partner Progam link on that left hand column too.
If you're exclusive, you may have files in the GI programme, which reported sales for June yesterday; if so, check the G.I. sales link, but again, it doesn't report accurately the actual file/s sold and value. Apparently there's a script which helps with that.

Thank you for this topic Carmel12 and your feedback guys. I could not understand why my income kept on increasing but the number of images sold stayed stagnant. Type of thread that makes being a member educational and informative.  ;)

PS How do you get to the PP area from the contributor landing page?

Click the little arrow beside My Uploads in the left hand column, then click Partner Program.

if you install the greasemonkey script (someone will kindly provide a link) it's far easier as you get a window that hovers (down the bottom) and shows your last sales (not PP though). but if there's a change in income the $amount turns yellow and there's a hover box over that too. v helpful.

No, if you read my question you will see that that is not what I mean. I do not need a link from a post here, I need to know how to browse to it from the site's own pages.  ::)
Gillian understood it correctly. Thank you.

Yes you are right it is not the same thing.
Sorry.

The link that I gave you leads directly to a graphic representation of the sales (including PP).
Personally I find it very more useful than the other one.

And, I am not sure, but strangely it seems that is not indicated on the site - I never found it btw.
