I just discover today that I forgot to update the tax information and I see no paiement in my paypal account for a long time, i guess maybe 3 years.
I just updated the tax information today but in the site I don't know how to consult my total royalties amount not paid and how to know when they will send me all the income !!
Does someone had a similar experience with them ?

Yes, once I was late with providing my tax information. I then filled out the necessary forms online and after that, they payed me.

No I don't, but you can go to ESP and download the CSV for earnings, and open in Open Office or some other DBase/Calc software and there's a column that shows your earnings. Delimiters are Tab, Semicolon, Comma, Merge and " in the Text Delimiter.

There's one for Column:  StatementSummary_US_MinimumNotMetCarriedForward  when below $100 and another for payment when it's made. But if you are Non_US yours will be in a different column.

Point is, it's all there. https://esp.gettyimages.com/

ESP > Royalties > Export > TXT > Download.

and you'll get something like: 202301-#####-all ##### is your ID which is what you have to open in Calc.

Deep Meta, you'll have to download all your statements since the last time you used DM. If never, that means go back to your last payment or just before. Upload them, look at Statements and find the column, contributors net pay. That' appears when they pay you. Total Net Earnings is your accumulated earnings.

Thanks to all.
I sent an email yesterday and they replied me i have 895$ unpaid and beware me to be careful to follow monthly earnings because total earnings are not displayed on the site, but why ?????
I stopped to upload to Istock many years ago when they cut the earnings, so I never cared about the taxes information ...
They don't precise me if they intend to pay me and when  :D :D

In ESP if you look at Royalties, there is a summary that tells how much has been "carried forward" that is your unpaid earnings. Once you have updated your payment information (and it has been accepted)  then you "should" be paid in the next payment cycle. You might need to update your tax interview as well so that you are taxed/paid correctly.
They have not displayed historical monthly earnings since the move to ESP but you can download monthly statements.

I didnt update my tax form for years and didnt really notice because I was not actively doing stock.

As soon as I did my money was paid out with the next possible month.

You will get all your money.
