Please contact contributor services immediately by responding to this email and informing us that you didn’t initiate a change to either your payment information or email.
Change your Getty Images password.

I tried to sign in to my contributor account but the password was changed and the thief also made a secondary password.
I made a ticket support on nov.7th and never had any answers yet (apart from the automatic response when you submit support ticket), despite other emails from me reviving them.
Have no access at all to my account.

maybe there is an admin reading there that can expedite things

Can't you use "Forgot Password" option to change password, if you still have access to your mail id?

How was your password stolen? What sites do you use to upload your content to ESP?
