Last month Istock took over $100 out of my account and I know a lot of others, in anticipation of their monthly payout scheme.  Even though all my tax info is correct and my Paypal is correct, I have never received a payment. I contacted contributor support and am awaiting a response, but I was curious if anyone else if fighting the same issue.

EDIT: I dug into the IS forums. Looks like our very first payment is due on Feb 25.

February 25, 2015
You will receive payment of your January invoice (account balance at January 31, 2015), provided that you have supplied your payment details by February 10, 2015. Subsequent invoices will be paid on the 25th of each month. This first automated payment will be from iStockphoto LP and is therefore not subject to withholding tax.

Lobo: "On the 5th of each month we will be removing the previous month's balances from your account balance. The amount removed will reflect the amount you accrued over the previous month.
This amount will be processed and paid to the payment vendor you've selected on the 25th of the month.
Don't panic. This is how the new system works."

I know they're cutting costs right to the bone, but I still think we should get an automated email when the money is taken off to the effect that we will be paid $x on the 25th. Now it might be wise to take a screenshot of your stats page for the previous month on the 4th, so that you know how much you should have in case there's a glitch some month.

They did send an email, check your payout report.

Oh, I only get some iS emails, and neither they nor my email service can work it out.  :(
I used to always get the payment emails, though. Just the iS newletters didn't come, though the Getty ones do.

You can check your payout report to see what they took out.

Could you tell me where to find that, please?

I'm confident that as usual I Stock will have thoroughly tested the changes to be introduced  and we can all sleep soundly in the knowledge that the correct payment will reach our accounts bang on time.

Nurse! Time for my medication ;D

In the meantime I thought I had narrowly tripped over the $100 on 5th and no reduction so far but to be honest I'm not certain I try not to fret about these things based on the philosophy it comes right eventually.........

It doesn't matter what your balance on the 5th was, just what it was for January.

Ah I get it  thanks - should have known it would take them 5 days to work out what I had at the end of the month.
