Title: Help Me Get Paid
Post by: WarrenPrice on August 10, 2011, 12:54: I tried to request payment at iStock on Monday morning. I selected "Payment Request" and "create support ticket" but got bounced to another area (Payment Schedule, I think?). I saw a post about the "balance" disappearing and deducted that it was just bad timing on my part.

I'm trying again today and getting the same thing. What is the secret to requesting a payment?

I use PayPal. Do I have to wait now until Next Monday and try again?

PS: The FAQ tells me there is no listing for Payment Request?

I so fear that I am going to come across as an idiot. If I can get paid, I'll accept being an idiot. ::)

Post by: Gannet77 on August 10, 2011, 13:23: On the "Payment Request" page, click the PayPal radio button and then scroll down and click "Continue". Then enter your PayPal email address and amount requested.

Does that not work?

Unfortunately you've missed the cut off for PayPal, you won't receive the payment now until the 21st.

Maybe that's why there was a glitch....lol
