Title: How are images selected for ThinkStock?

I'm really curious.  I'm watching images trickle into Thinkstock from iStock.  They are arriving in twos and threes; sometimes one.  I wonder how they are selected.  Is TS what will become the "Main Collection?"

Also, my port dropped by nearly 400 images when I cancelled StockXpert.  Is there any way to have iS transfer images from the old Hemera Collection to iStock Collection?
