Title: How to find sales for specific image?
Post by: Hildegarde on October 13, 2016, 21:22
Does anyone know a fat way to see if sales number for a particular image?  I discovered one of my images on a website article.  It has a tiny Istock watermark at corner, not the watermark that is all over the image.  The usage editorial was correct.  I am trying to weave my way though all the sales data to see if paid for but a bit overwhelmed by all the categories.  Just want to know whether to be happy (sold) or report website.

Go to the file page on iS.
Top right, Hover over File Details, then click on View Download History.
The page you default to is 'regular' (credit) sales, but there are also tabs for Image Subscriptions etc.
Remember, if a file sells as a sub on e.g. 1st October, it won't show up in sales, or payments, until sometime in November.

There's a script/plug-in for Chrome which some people find easier for this sort of thing, but as the APD is all over the place ATM, developers are waiting until it settles before working on updating their code.
