Title: How to see my photos on IS site?

I want to delete a photo of my portfolio because I see an error that I want to fix.

I would like to navigate on a page of IS site where there is the list of my photos.I don't mean the portfolio but the page where is the status of my photos.....pending, active,...so I can select and delete the one I want.

It seems I can't find this page anymore after ESP coming.

Please help me.

We haven't been allowed to deactivate files for a few months now.
The only thing is to ask Support to deactivate for you.
They're heavily overburdened at the moment, so you may have to wait a while for a reply - or they might be glad to have a question that doesn't concern ESP and reply quickly! Who knows?

Thanks for the answer.

From page esp.gettyimages.com...I click in the upper right corner "Need help?" link. In the next page I click at the bottom "contact us" link...then the new page tells me that the page is not working....so I can't contact IS staff :-(((

Is there another way to directly contact IS?

Yes it is :-(

Tha page is not available....google suggests to delete cookies.....I don't know.

I managed to contact support  by going here: https://accountmanagement.gettyimages.com/Account/Profile and clicking on Contact Us tab.
