So?  You have a choice to become exclusive or close your IS account if you don't like PP.  ;D
It's part of the game, take it or leave it. As Simple As That
It's been like that since the partner program was announced.

Actually, no.  The PP was announced in May 2009 and was optional for everyone until late 2011 when indies were forced into it.

I just checked, for May I had 22 PP downloads for 11.48 dollar. Thats 52 cent per download. I dont know how the PP works, but that is tempting Luis.

you don't know how it works? I know very well each agency I work with, anyway subs sell at TS for 28 cents each

I get more than 40c for a sub.  There are lots of different rates for different types of sales.  http://www.istockphoto.com/help/sell-stock/rate-schedule

I thought exclusives weren't included in PP anymore?

I had that feeling too but looking at their forum (unless there is a new announcement I haven't seen)

How does this affect the Partner Program?
It doesn't. Non-exclusives will still have all of their files mirrored there and exclusive contributors will still be able to choose whether to opt into the program or not.

July 10th, announcement thread:
"Early next week we will be removing the option for Exclusives to opt in to the Partner Program. This means Exclusive content will no longer be able to add files to the Partner Program (thinkstock.com|photos.com). Any files that are currently apart of the Partner Program will be grandfathered into the Partner Program, but we will also provide you an opportunity to remove these files at any time.
NOTE: Exclusive Content that is backlogged(Post June 17, 2013) will not be moved to the Partner Program. "

cheers Sue! looks like in the future it will be independents only and lets say iStock for exclusives, I remember an iStock exclusive I met back in 2010 telling me that ;)

You could find your images under three different searches, depending on when you started and when they moved them. At least for me, it's these three, there could be more?

"yourrealname" (no spaces)
"your real name) (with spaces)
"your name" (IS pseudo in account settings) with the space

Happy Hunting.

TS with 33 images

Where can you actually see how many images you have at Thinkstock? (Hope you dont mind my slightly OT question.)

put your name there on the search 'your name'

Thats funny. When I query "my name" it returns 51 images and when I query "myname" it returns 10 different images. I probably have to try other inventative spellings to find the rest  ::)

Thank you anyway!

I am impressed with TS. (PP)

TS with 33 images gives me the same number of downloads per month as CanStockPhoto with 30 times more images.

Can you imagine if I uploaded my complete portfolio to IS, just to get them on TS.

Its so tempting.

Edit: with TS I mean PP

5 votes down for saying I am impressed with PP sales? Why is that?

I have 18 files there and had over 45 downloads in 2 months, and hadnt uploaded anything in June.

PP is outperforming all agencies except SS, FT and 123

There seems to be a push to transfer all iS images (non-exclusives) to PP.  More than 300 of my images have been added to PP in August.  Appx 7/8 of my port is active in PP.

Not much selling at iS but Looking for some good numbers from PP in the next few weeks.

My DL number is a BME for 2013 but revenue has dropped like the parachutist who put on the backpack labelled PACKED LUNCH by mistake - For the first time, I could see the PP outstrip my "Main Collection" earnings in August.

Yes, I've seen nearly 200 images move over to PP in the last couple of weeks. Istock is largely useless for me and lately I've not uploaded much there because of their tiresome process. However, it seems their strategy is to sell indie work through PP and I'm prepared to see how things go with a higher percent of my portfolio now available there. I won't be holding my breath but at least this represents a tiny glimmer of hope...
