Did you get your payment? I am in the same situation (oct. 31 payment pending), and now it's past the 25th of the next month. What did support say?

Paid last week. Paypal. Might be Payoneer payments problem. Maybe Monday, this is holiday week.

I have a similar problem but slighlty different..the automatic payout is not working to me and my money are still on IS from two months...ok they're growing sensibly but is like i cannot go to the ATM and withdraw my money :o hahahah

In my case it was the tax interview - which apparently expired and I had to submit again - they said I will get my payment in the next round (as I understood).

i resubmitted the tax interview, but no notice of expiry was send to me ???

No expiry was sent to me either but I still completed a return. I have since contacted support to confirm and they have confirmed that they have TIN but I am still pending payment 30th November. Also, for audio we don't get our October royalties till Feb. What is happening with IS ?

Good luck Max and Marb all sales and reporting of audio stopped last month. You mean I'll get that in Feb? How do the expire TIN without notice? IS is not nice to us.

Communication isn't their big part. I gave up writing to support that doesn't answer or gives some vague answer and takes over a month to do either of those. Typical of Getty arrogance and poor treatment. Don't bother with the forum, they don't answer and have a history of locking any unfavorable threads.

Did you look at tax review? Support sucks so bad at IS that you'll get paid before they answer. >:(

Can I ask where you looked to get the screenshot with your payment history? I can't find it on Istock anywhere.
Nevermind - found it under the Financials tab on my profile page. Didn't see it before because every time I hit the financials tab it just spun and never appeared.

I didn't say that. I don't remember when was the last time I submitted tax form, but maybe 2 years ago. They warn you in an e-mail when it's expired. And perhaps you can also see that is expired, when you go to complete it (this I am not sure about).
