Post by: Noranlancer on March 26, 2017, 06:11
i am anew contributor and i receive this message

"March Royalty Statement Delay

Dear Contributor, March Royalty statements (normally available on March 20th) will be delayed by several days this month due to a temporary technical issue. We are working to resolve this delay as quickly as possible. We will update this message once we have a better idea of likely statement publishing date and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please note: This issue impacts March reports only (February 2017 royalty activity). Royalty payments are not impacted and should be issued as normal on March 25. Thank you, Getty Images Contributor Services"

Maybe you are too new to have any sales from that time period?  You may have to wait till next month.

@OP: You need to have $100 before the cut-off date to get paid. If you are certain you had that amount ( not sure how you could know nowadays), you'll need to take out a support ticket. No-one here can help.
