"A temporary technical issue with our payment platform may delay royalty payments this month. We are working diligently to ensure that payments are made as close to the end of the month as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

"We wanted to follow up and let you know the monthly royalty payment issue we experienced has been resolved. Any Payoneer and Paypal payments due were released by us on October 27. Please note that some remittance advice emails for Payoneer payments will not be sent for this month, but this will not have affected any payments due."
