sorry for the redundancy ;D
37%

independents and exclusives should be separated
-
needless to say please vote again ;D

I'm assuming that this is PP income divided by total income from iStock. Mine is a much lower 21% when measured over the past 4 months.

37% is looking at my total income (since day 1), last 4 months 36.25%

Interesting - wonder why we have such different results. Is it that you get more PPs or I get better results from the main collection? Who knows!!

totally, I believe so, my PP runs from 45$ to 70$

So to be clear: you want to look at PP income as a percentage of total October income from iStock and PP combined?
For exclusives, they receive money (potentially) from Getty (Vetta/Agency/E+ files transferred over, plus some submit directly to Getty) as well as IS.com and PP. What should their total be?
Last, what are you trying to understand? My PP income has been rising each month, but at the moment it isn't really much of an indicator as the number of files in the PP has also been rising (and they still don't have my complete IS portfolio over on the PP sites). Retail stores compare "same store sales" when they're trying to decide if business is looking up or not. If you include new stores too you can fool yourself into thinking things are growing when they're really not except by expansion. Then the whole lot collapses like a soufflé.
I think it'd be more interesting to see IS.com growth/decline mapped against PP growth/decline for independents. Exclusives are much more complicated, especially because they have a choice about what, if anything, goes to the PP. Getting a percentage of income from an exclusive who only has 10% of their old files in the PP doesn't really mean anything.

can be the average for the last 6 months

they can look into the previous 6 months excluding October

soufflé is nice but my point here is to understand how sales are being spread, if thinkstock/photos.com are really out there like reaching SS or just a small outlet

I had that in mind too but decide to open a slot for exclusives after somethingpretentious request, maybe I can add a "I am not in the PP"

If you post a poll with a question open for interpretation, everybody interprets the question differently so you get different answers and a skewed poll result.
Better is to start a poll with a clear question, or post the question and then explain exactly what you want answered in your guiding comment.

sorry but there ins't a perfect poll or other thing, like I have said the last 6 months average is fine

Yes there is. You mentioned the 6 months in the 8th post or so and loads of votes had been cast already. If its all clear in the first post, then you get better results. And I assume you want to get a clear image, not a skewed one.

37% six months average (with very little variance each month)

That is just about the same as me. Not much variance and about 37%

This describes me too.

4% but only 1/5 of my port is on the PP.
-
So if you are exclusive the partner program is crap. What a suprise.
-
Well Im surprised actually because I was dead against it from the start but as indies with big ports we had no option. For me the PP has worked out really well and not just subs but some good sales as well.

I'm not sure. We have about 1K photos on the PP half of which are utter crap images from our early days, I am sure once most of our port will move there the PP will bring much higher $$$.
Total photos that need to be transferred to the PP is over 2,100 images...
-
34% average over the last 6 months, non-exclusive.
Lowest percentage was 22% (October), highest percentage 50% (August).
-
on a side note I haven´t uploaded to iStock for over 8 months, still 70 files not in the PP
-
<1%

It's been a constantly moving number for me as more of my port has been transferred over, increasing PP sales, whilst IS income slowly falls. I've therefore used last month's 44% for the poll. The PP is pretty much equal to DT for me nowadays.

The pp only gives me about a 1/6 or 1/7 of my DT earnings. It's more on par with places like BS, Deposit, Canstock or 123rf.

Actually for an Indy the same is true. :o Not a big surprise but I agree.
(unless you are someone named Sybil who has four or more accounts here... and an oppositional disorder to boot)
