Title: Is it worth uploading to IStock?

Does it earn more than dreamstime? Have more than 900 images there and not getting even first withdrawal in 5 months.

In terms of downloads, Istock is better for me

In my experience uploading to IS was much more of a pain than DT but IS sold more than DT. You only get 15% of each sale at IS. 

I still upload to DT, but not IS.

IS work for me much better compare to DT, yes  it was pain with tagging.

IS earns 10x more that DT for me, at a minimum.  But like all sites, IS requires volume and variety.  They pretty much accept anything today so you need to have a different blend of image subjects (as in all sites).  I have images there and some video.
